RULES OF OUR ENCLOSURES

Our enclosures have a high quality six foot fence and gates, with rabbit netting clad along the bottom of the bottom of the fence, dug into the ground. and a top offset wire above the netting. You are responsible for assessing whether the enclosure is suitable for your dogs; if it you judge it to be unsuitable do not use it. Instead please inform us of potential issues and we will give you a full refund of your payment and try and rectify this for future use.
WaggTail Woods is strictly a NO SMOKING AREA, including the car park. No other heat sources such as Barbecues are allowed due to surrounding Forestry.
Our Parking Bay can comfortably accommodate 4 cars in total, which would allow 2 cars per enclosures session. If there will be more than two cars in your session please get in touch with us directly and we can advise on an over spill area.
Do not arrive early to your session. We alternate our enclosures sessions start times on the hour and the other on the half hour. We have a 15min buffer between each enclosure session to allow getting back into your car and leaving the car park. Extra cars and dogs arriving early will encroach on this time, congest the road and will not be a comfortable experience for users.
Please keep noise to a minimum – we rely on the goodwill of our neighbours. Please respect their privacy and peace & quiet. Complaints about noise will result in refusal of further use.
Please ensure you pick up all your dog's mess. We understand the enclosures are large so if you see the odd one that's not yours. please pick it up and others should do the same if you have missed one of yours. This will help keep the field an enjoyable, safe place to use.
ONLY USE COMPOSTABLE BAGS. We provide these in the car park clipped onto fencing & gates and shelter. We operate a biodegradable compost system for the dog waste and no plastic can enter this. Even bags labelled as biodegradable still have some plastic in them and cannot be used in our enclosure. Our bags provided are 100% Plant based.
Please take any rubbish home with you, DO NOT MIX GENERAL WASTE WITH THE POO BAGS BINS.
If a dog, or any dog it lives with, is showing any signs of ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy etc.) you must cancel the session – contact us to re-book without charge or have a refund of your payment.
All use of the WaggTail Woods must be pre-paid.
Dogs must be kept in your vehicle while waiting for your session and on a lead in car park area until into your enclosure.
If the previous user is still in the enclosure at your start time do not enter but call us immediately. You and your dogs must remain in the vehicle until they have left.
If you are unable to use a booked session for any reason you must cancel with at least 12 hours notice to allow the session to be freed up for others (dog’s ill health excepted).
Always lock the gate while you are in the enclosure, before getting your dogs out. Always lock the gate after driving out, even if someone else is waiting.
Please use the equipment at your own risk. We check the enclosures daily but if you notice any damage etc do not use and please let us know as soon as possible so we can remove and fix.
All users of WaggTail Woods agree that they do so at their own risk.
We are happy to open to Professional dog walkers or anyone who would like to hold a class, please contact us before booking to discuss.
Use of the Field is at the absolute discretion of the Management. If use is refused the Management is not obliged to give a reason for refusal.
